Introduction:
Greetings and welcome to Stone Corral Elementary School! I'm Susana Haro, and I'm excited to serve as your child's school counselor. In my role as a school counselor, I'm here to provide comprehensive support to your child in their academic, emotional, and social development. You can count on me to be actively present within the school environment and readily available for both you and your child. Students have the option to schedule appointments with me or simply drop by whenever they require assistance. I also extend an open invitation to parents and guardians to reach out to me if you have any concerns or questions.
My services encompass individual counseling, group counseling, and various social groups. Student well-being is of utmost importance to the Stone Corral School District, and we're dedicated to integrating social and emotional learning (SEL) into our curricula. Students will develop skills such as mindful breathing, empathy, self-awareness, and self-regulation. These tools are invaluable for maintaining focus, managing stress, and fostering positive school communities. Each mindful moment concludes with a positive directive for students to carry with them throughout the day, reinforcing mindfulness and cultivating a positive school culture.
Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any inquiries or concerns. I'm here to support both you and your child on their educational journey.

Introduction:
Dear Stone Corral School and Staff,
My name is Noelia Sanchez Hernandez, and I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to you as the new Triage Social Worker with TCOE Mental Wellness Services. My role within the school is to help students succeed by promoting social, behavioral, and emotional well-being. I am also available as a support to you since your daily interaction with students is so crucial.
As a Triage Social Worker, I am available to work closely with the students, parents/caregivers, community partners, and staff to help create a safe, healthy, and supportive learning environment for all students. I am able to meet with students individually or in small groups to provide interim counseling services, social/emotional support, or skill building in a variety of areas (i.e. comping skills, social skills, mindfulness). In addition, I am available to assist in community linkages for families struggling to meet basic needs.
I will be available to support Stone Corral on Thursday's and Friday's. When students are on campus, you will likely see me in the classrooms doing classroom observations, participating in class activities, or pulling out students to provide support to them.
If you have a student or family whom you feel may need additional mental wellness support, please complete a referral form that are located in my box, or you can e-mail me directly in the e-mail listed below. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. I am very excited to join your school team and look forward to working with you to support the students and families of our school community.
Sincerely,
Noelia Sanchez Hernandez, ACSW
